Delusa, mi aspettavo di meglio. Cibo da mensa, struttura relativamente datata e spettacoli teatrali noiosi.

Consiglio!

Nave molto carina e allo stesso tempo molto semplice ed essenziale. Non è sicuramente una crociera super lusso, ma nonostante ciò ha tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno. Personale educato cortese e disponibile. Consiglio!

Bella crociera

Bella crociera, cibo buono, personale educato, e zone relax grandi e pulitissime (nonostante il notevole flusso di gente). Niente di più e niente di meno a una qualsiasi altra crociera, ha tutto ciò che una mini-crociera DEVE avere. A parer mio è stata una crociera super promossa, sopratutto in relazione qualità/prezzo.

Solo un piccolo inconveniente

La prima sera di crociera il wc della nostra cabina si è intasato (insieme ai wc delle cabine presenti nel nostro stesso corridoio). Problema fortunatamente risolto nel giro di qualche ora e in maniera efficiente. Tralasciando questo piccolo inconveniente è stata un crociera più che valida, la consiglio!

Esperienza unica

Esperienza unica, il mare regala emozioni fantastiche e le mini-crociere sono un valido alleato per poterlo ammirare. Devo fare i miei complimenti agli chef, ho potuto mangiare davvero del buon cibo, sono rimasto sorpreso. L’unica pecca è stato il teatro in quanto non è dotato di una struttura “inclinata” e dunque se ti siedi nei posti in fondo non riesci a goderti lo spettacolo a pieno.

Compagnia affidabile e seria

Mi sono trovata molto bene con questa compagnia, l’ho trovata affidabile e seria, il personale è stato educato e professionale, la struttura era ben accessoriata e disponeva di tutti i confort. La piscina un po’ piccola a mio parere ma comunque nella norma.

this was my second time of cruising.I organized a private table on the rear of the ship at sunset on a separate deck. The staff were amazing with organizing everything I asked for.

Best ship for relaxation

This, for me, is the best ship for relaxation. I spent my job vacation cruising this ship, and i must say i enjoyed myself to the fullest. Their staff are always ready to help, their efficiency is simply not from this world. Plus, their casino section too is wow!

In the ship, good customer service means being friendly, available, attentive and quick to take care of people' needs. Their services on the peak level to satisfy us, They didn't avoid any issues of mine. They took serious action and resolve the issues in minutes.I have to say, they provide all relaxation with their services

we like the luxury of service, once I board the ship I start to relax and let the fun begin, I love dining in the dining room, the activities are endless and I have trouble squeezing in everything, days at sea are a luxury. I can visit more countries on a ENCHANTMENT OF THE SEAS with no cares. Can’t wait till my next cruise.

I have no word to admire cruise good feasts. On cruising I got a delicious cruise meal deals with better taste. I never ever forgot the taste of these deals with flexible price range

I had the one of the best experiences in this ship. It was 'all in one' package; the lavish infrastructure pretty much impressed me. The experience didn't only refresh my body but it actually freshened my soul. I'm feeling energetic so much that I just forgot my depression. I strongly recommend you 10/10!

Relax..

Esperienza davvero rilassante, la zona piscine/solarium molto carina, ho passato la maggior parte del tempo lí. L’unica pecca sono i bambini che scorrazzano imperterriti ovunque, ciò non toglie che la responsabilità è unicamente da attribuire ai genitori, non di certo al personale della nave.

Esperienza non delle migliori

Abbiamo avuto dei problemi tecnici con la cabina, non riuscendo a comunicare bene in inglese abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse qualcuno dello staff che parlasse italiano e che potesse farci da “interprete”. Purtroppo la risposta è stata negativa, nemmeno un membro dell’intero staff che conoscesse l’italiano. Non dico che tutto il personale deve conoscere l’italiano, ma almeno uno! Se mi fosse accaduto qualcosa di grave a livello di salute non voglio immaginare come sarebbe andata a finire ..

Molto soddisfatto

Quando viaggio, se ne ho l’opportunità, abbino alla vacanza “base” anche una mini-crociera, in modo tale da poter visitare il luogo in questione a 360 gradi. Premesso ciò posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatto, sopratutto per le particolarità di questa nave, come ad esempio i ponti che costeggiano le piscine, sono davvero suggestivi e particolari! Molto molto soddisfatto!
