World Traveller is the fourth ship in the Mystic Cruises fleet and is distinguished by being “relatively small, and capable of undertaking expedition voyages in distant and difficult to navigate seas, including visits to remote locations where a large cruise ship can’t reach”.
The World Traveller is 126 meters long, a hull that was made to be able to walk in icy waters, and the bow is prepared to break ice up to a meter high. the World Traveler has a modern, simple, cheerful and Mediterranean look“. The team needed two years to carry out the decoration project for the various facilities, from an amphitheater with capacity for more than 180 people that functions as a cinema room or space for other shows, in addition to the swimming pool, sauna, SPA, gym, luxury, bar and restaurants.

An experience between luxury and extreme adventure
My cruise aboard the World Traveller departing from Ushuaia was an extraordinary experience to discover the remote and wild lands of Antarctica, and the departure from Ushuaia – already the "end of the world" – was the perfect way to start this journey. The ship, relatively small and intimate, offers impeccable luxury: elegant rooms with panoramic views, welcoming common areas and almost gourmet food. Every day we were offered Zodiac excursions to get close to glaciers and penguin colonies, or even short treks with expert guides, always respecting the strict rules of environmental conservation. The crew was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, both in managing our comfort on board and in ensuring safety during the excursions. I also really enjoyed the evening conferences. One of the most exciting moments was crossing the Drake Passage: an experience that offers a unique perspective. This cruise was an immersion in a remote and pristine world, with all the comfort you could wish for!

A Unique Cruise!
My wife and I usually travel by bike, mostly on our own. I've always said I would never go on a cruise. But Atlas certainly exceeded my expectations! The ship was well-furnished, the passengers were friendly, the food was great, and the excursions were well-organized. The excursions had an additional cost, but every excursion we chose had excellent guides. Overall, I would rate all the food (buffet, morning, noon, and evening) as excellent (and I'm a foodie), and the wine was also very good! The service was incredible, all the "staff" were so professional and more than helpful. I can't think of a single complaint about the trip, only praise for how it was managed and for the ship and crew.

Wonderful Antarctica Cruise
First experience with Atlas and I must say I am very satisfied. A very small ship but where a familiar and friendly atmosphere is created, where you can share the day's experiences, excursions and good times at the table. Efficient and capable staff, with many experts able to tell with passion all that we can discover in magical places like Antarctica.
