Present on board the Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream, the restaurant “Remy” is named after the famous chef Remy, the lively and talented mouse protagonist of the Disney-Pixar film “Ratatouille”. The location is the ideal place for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. Its elegant atmosphere recalls details from the film, such as the presence of Remy himself on the back of the chairs. Soft lighting, prestigious drapes, and sophisticated table settings prepare you for a multi-course dinner that, regardless of your personal taste, is certainly an experience. Dining at Remy is like being transported to an authentic fine-dining restaurant in the City of Lights. Remy is softly lit and designed in a timeless art nouveau style featuring soft greens, rich reds, and gold tones. Graceful, sinuous lines adorn the chairs, glass carvings, and wall etchings, while floral and leaf designs decorate both the carpet and some chandeliers. The tables are set with fine linens, Riedel glassware, Christofle silverware, and china created exclusively for the restaurant.

At the main dining room, nestled in a beautiful stern corner of the two Disney ships, there is also a small room where you can enjoy a selection of exquisite champagnes. Wine lovers can choose to dine among over 900 bottles of wines from around the world in the luxurious glass-enclosed room. The menus offered reflect high-class French cuisine. The menu changes periodically based on seasonal products and the positioning of the ships. Delicacies that can be found on the menu include foie gras, escargot, beef fillet, wild boar, and a wide selection of French cheeses. Lobster and the unique elk meat are also not to be missed. Each dish is carefully paired with wines from the extensive cellar.

Guests are free to opt for the tasting menu, a complete culinary experience that allows you to savor a selection of exquisite dishes, or choose from the à la carte menu. The gourmet selections have been specially crafted by Chef Scott Hunnel, of the award-winning Victoria & Albert’s restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort, and consulting Chef Arnaud Lallement, a 3-Michelin-starred chef who not only runs the renowned l’Assiette Champenoise restaurant just outside Reims, France, but was recently named one of the world’s 10 best chefs in a list compiled by Le Chef, which was voted on by other 2- and 3-star Michelin chefs from around the globe.

At the end of the meal, a series of small pastry and chocolate tastings are brought to the table for an equally stunning finale. As a memento of the evening, a box of chocolates is also given as a gift to preserve the sweetness of… Remy.

A truly unique experience based solely on the art of pastry. A delightful 5-course dessert menu served with coffee. This adults-only event features an in-depth discussion with Remy’s Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, who will take turns explaining the history and evolution of each dessert selection.

Private Dining

For an even more memorable dining experience, Remy also allows private dinners in the Gusteau Room, where you can enjoy a special multi-course menu served by the Chef in an extremely elegant and intimate setting, with red chairs and tables, eclectic chandeliers, and depictions of Paris.
