Silver Note is one of the most exclusive reservation-free restaurants aboard the Silversea Cruises fleet.

Let the show begin! An intimate and elegant location that is a tribute to the most famous jazz clubs in Manhattan. An atmosphere full of charm, which will literally transport you in an environment with soft lights, engaging rhythm and refined dishes. All this is the Silver Note restaurant, located on board Silver Spirit, Silver Muse, Silver Moon, Silver Dawn.

Also available for an aperitif or an after-dinner cocktail, Silver Note will welcome you with live music, the ideal background for a relaxing moment or a real gastronomic experience. Start with a special cocktail among those offered by the bar of the restaurant: “most wanted” or “high note” are just some of the proposals included in the menu. Allow yourself to be guided in the choice of dishes by the staff, impeccable service and always available to explain dishes and ingredients.

The menu proposed by Silver Note is quite original. There are no appetizers and main courses, but a series of proposals divided into 4 different categories from which you can order freely: Oceans, Raw, Cooked, Earth.

The first two are dedicated to fish, with hot specialties for the first and excellent raw for the second. You will be spoilt for choice between lobster, red snapper and excellent tuna. To be tasted among the raw fish is also the sea bass, served with red onions, coriander and the right spiciness…

In the “cooked” selection there is an excellent octopus, marinated beef carpaccio and an excellent vegetarian alternative. Finally, in the “Earth” menu, the roast duck is not to be missed, but also the lamb is an irresistible dish, to the palate and to the eyes.

Whether the dessert of your choice is the Sugar Volcano or the Berries Fantasia, your satisfaction will be guaranteed. Given the engaging atmosphere, the end of the meal can be accompanied by your favorite coffee or digestif, taking advantage of some more of the good music and cozy venue.

Silver Note is one of the specialty restaurants on board Silversea Cruises ships that is truly not to be missed. Reservations are required, available before the cruise on MySilversea and also on board, but it is advisable to book well in advance given the popularity it enjoys and the tables are not very numerous. Undoubtedly an option that adds value to both the on-board dining scene and the overall experience of a cruise aboard Silversea Cruises.
