Swan Hellenic: Maris Gourmet Cruises
Swan Hellenic, a pioneer in cultural cruising, presents its 2025 Gourmet Cruises Maris with an exciting new lineup of Michelin-starred chefs from JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs, aboard the elegant SH Diana and SH Vega ships.
For 2025, Maris offers a selection of 10 captivating expeditions, ranging from the Arctic to the Mediterranean. Nine of these will be aboard the SH Diana, and one on the SH Vega, each providing a unique experience in fine dining and exploration. Each exclusive Maris voyage showcases the exceptional creativity of one of the world-renowned chefs from the JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs organization—all rising stars under 40 who have already earned international accolades, such as Michelin stars.
The Maris chefs will present a different signature dish each evening, with the highlight being the gala dinner where they will showcase their creativity and skills, inspired by a passion for tradition, sustainability, and high-quality local ingredients. There will also be opportunities for guests to engage with the chefs, as they will host show cooking sessions to reveal the secrets of their craft. Furthermore, each chef on the Maris expeditions will socialize with guests throughout the voyage, in keeping with Swan Hellenic’s tradition. This sensational experience is what makes Maris an irresistible gastronomic adventure in the luxury expedition cruising landscape.
