The Swan Restaurant is the center of culinary offerings, where all meals are served. With an open seating policy, guests can choose a table at their leisure, from breakfast to dinner. International and regional cuisine focusing on quality, creativity and flavor is served at the restaurant. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style, while dinner is served at the table.
Each evening the Swan Restaurant transforms into a gourmet venue serving the exceptional creations of Michelin-starred chefs Andrea Ribaldone and Sang Keun Oh, each finalized with acclaimed Executive Chef Avhier Singh of SH Vega. Guests thus embark on a parallel journey, discovering a world of extraordinary flavors, textures and contrasts, including creative Asian and Italian fusion cuisine, as well as more traditional, but no less surprisingly inventive, French, Chinese, Japanese and international cuisine.

The Club Lounge, open from early in the morning until late at night, changes appearance throughout the day offering from breakfasts, for early risers, to light lunches and from afternoon tea to a more casual dining experience. In the evening, the Club Lounge offers a social chat by offering interactive family-style dining.

The outdoor Poolside Grill & Bar offers casual and quick meals such as classic grilled dishes like hot dogs, hamburgers, and grilled fish, all accompanied by craft cocktails, drinks of your choice, and magnificent sea views.
Finally, there is the Observation Lounge & Bar, a perfect place to enjoy relaxing moments sipping a cocktail at night or reading a good book during the day with wide panoramic views. Also during the day is the home of edutainment, with educational and entertaining forms of entertainment.
