What our short visit to Porto has made us certain of is that this town would require more days to be fully explored, to wander aimlessly through its streets, to expand along the Douro towards other wonders of this magnificent region. We observe the many river cruise ships moored close to the city, and we feel the urge to organize our return to Porto as soon as possible. Whether it’s for another entire day, on ocean or river cruise ships, or whether there’s a possibility to experience it for several days, ours is truly a promise!
