Costa Fascinosa: 20 Years of Music at Sea
From October 4 to 11, 2025, the Costa Fascinosa will host the special 20th-anniversary edition of the Marti-Musik-Kreuzfahrt, an event celebrating two decades of collaboration between Costa Cruises and Marti Reisen.
At the FESPO in Zurich, held from January 30 to February 2, 2025, Marti Reisen and Costa Cruises presented this special cruise, highlighting the importance of their long-standing partnership.

This 8-day, 7-night cruise in the Western Mediterranean will offer guests a unique mix of live music, entertainment, and the chance to explore some of the region’s most fascinating destinations. Departing from and returning to Genoa aboard the splendid Costa Fascinosa, the itinerary will take passengers along the Italian coast to Malta and Corsica, on a journey combining art, culture, and relaxation aboard one of Costa’s most iconic ships.

The itinerary for this special edition includes stops in some of the most picturesque destinations in the Mediterranean. After leaving Genoa, the Costa Fascinosa will dock in Messina, on the northeastern tip of Sicily, a city rich in history and culture.
Next, the ship will reach Valletta, the capital of Malta, renowned for its UNESCO World Heritage-listed historic center, fortifications, and vibrant cultural scene. The third stop will be Salerno, one of the gateways to the famous Amalfi Coast, a stunning location characterized by breathtaking landscapes and picturesque towns.
The cruise will then stop in Civitavecchia, the main port for accessing Rome, giving passengers the opportunity to visit the Eternal City and its countless historical treasures. Before returning to Genoa, guests will have the chance to explore Ajaccio, the capital of Corsica and the birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte, a place that blends pristine nature, history, and authentic Mediterranean spirit.

Onboard the Costa Fascinosa, guests will enjoy a rich musical program, with performances ranging from ballroom music to rockabilly and rock’n’roll. Featured artists include the Rimo Quintett, JB Ramblers, and the band “Schörgeli” with virtuoso Daniel Thürler. In addition to the performances, dance workshops will be held, offering passengers the opportunity to improve their skills or learn new moves directly from industry experts.
A unique aspect of this edition will be the celebration of Oktoberfest at sea. For the occasion, the pool area on deck 9 will be transformed into a true Bavarian party, with themed decorations, traditional music, and typical food specialties.

The Costa Fascinosa is a ship that pays homage to the world of cinema and theater, with décor inspired by great works such as Aida, Tosca and Doctor Zhivago. Onboard, guests can enjoy evening shows, musicals, and relax in the lounge bars, enjoying a sophisticated and immersive atmosphere.
For families and children, the ship offers a wide range of activities, including the Aqua Park, a fairytale castle and the Squok Club, an area dedicated to children and teenagers aged 3 to 17, with programs designed to ensure fun and interaction among peers.
