Oceania Cruises Launches Oceania Insider Connect


Oceania Cruises has launched Oceania Insider Connect, a tech-driven commercial solution powered by Approach Guides to enhance the sales and marketing efforts of its esteemed travel advisor partners.

Oceania Insider Connect offers two marketing solutions: instantly co-brandable marketing pages to showcase Oceania Cruises’ itineraries, onboard experiences, destinations, ships, and latest promotions, and a co-branded website with real-time pricing and availability, directing actionable leads directly to the advisors. In addition to pre-set content experiences and offers using dynamic images and marketing, Oceania Insider Connect supports advisors in their marketing activities by leveraging the power of artificial intelligence to suggest social media posts and client emails, as well as create dynamic QR codes linked to an advisor’s messages.

The new solution is based on the technology of Approach Guides, the leading content optimization platform for travel brands, and is the first iteration of an ongoing collaboration focused on promoting best-in-class, innovative, and user-friendly applications for travel partners to elevate their personal interactions with clients. Oceania Cruises‘ sister brands, Norwegian Cruise Line and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, are already experiencing tremendous success with their respective versions of this service, NCL Connect and Regent Connect, and the program continues to receive excellent feedback, with travel partners stating that the ease and customization of the platform have helped them better engage clients and sell more efficiently.
