Scenic Sets Incentives for Agents and Makes TV Debut

Scenic has introduced a series of incentives for its agents, aimed at enhancing their knowledge of river cruises in France. This initiative coincides with the debut of the Scenic Gem in the new eight-episode TV series “The Antique Brothers,” airing on the Quest channel.

In anticipation of the series launch, Scenic has organized a live webinar for travel agents. During the event, an extensive overview of the company’s river cruises will be presented, with a particular focus on the Seine and northern France regions, as well as the Scenic Gem, which is part of the Space-Ship fleet.

The company has also planned a weekly social media contest on the Scenic & Emerald Cruises Totally Trade Facebook page. The contest will be tied to the episodes of “The Antique Brothers” series, and each week a UK agent who correctly answers a question based on that week’s episode will win a Scenic backpack.

Additionally, throughout September, Scenic will run a special competition: all agents who book a river cruise in France between September 1st and 30th will be entered into a draw to win an eight-day cruise along the Seine.

Nick Hughes, Director of Sales, Strategy, and Partnerships at Scenic, explained that the company’s river cruises offer guests the opportunity to visit lesser-known ports and cities, providing new itineraries and destinations to satisfy the curiosity of their clients. For this reason, the Scenic Gem was chosen as the ideal ship to accompany “The Antique Brothers” in their exploration of hidden treasures along the Seine, visiting locations still largely undiscovered.

Hughes emphasized that Scenic’s river cruises are designed to take travelers to extraordinary places where they can immerse themselves in rich history and have unique experiences. One of the highlight destinations is Honfleur, a vibrant coastal town in France with one of the most picturesque ports in the country.

Through the webinar, agents will gain a deeper understanding of the river cruise experience offered by Scenic in northern France, increasing their confidence in recommending these destinations to clients. Hughes also noted that agents will receive a comprehensive view of Scenic’s all-inclusive service, which includes personal butlers in every cabin and exclusive tours, with no additional costs once on board.

Finally, Hughes stated that, in addition to webinars and training, an excellent way for agents to familiarize themselves with Scenic’s offerings is through firsthand experience. For this reason, the company is excited to offer incentives that will allow one lucky agent to personally enjoy a cruise on the Seine aboard the Scenic Gem.

With these initiatives, Scenic demonstrates its commitment to supporting and training travel agents, providing them not only with tools to enhance their knowledge of cruises but also with direct experiences and exclusive rewards. Thanks to these opportunities, agents will be better equipped to promote Scenic’s river cruises, ensuring their clients unforgettable journeys along France’s enchanting waterways.
