MSC Cruises has launched over 90 shore excursions in various ports across the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and Northern Europe, with additional destinations planned in other regions by the end of the year. These excursions are available exclusively for Yacht Club guests, enhancing the travel experience even further.

The excursions will feature a variety of adventures. Whether passengers want to challenge themselves by creating their own personalized eau de cologne in one of the oldest perfumeries in Southern France, try authentic Greek cooking aboard a private catamaran in Santorini, or relax in a secluded cabana in tropical Jamaica, they will have a wide range of personalized experiences with great attention to detail and meticulous organization. To further enhance these details, the excursions are organized in small groups, allowing guests to explore their destinations more intimately.

The offerings are categorized to satisfy the needs of all guests and range from culinary experiences to learning local arts, visiting architectural treasures, or engaging in high-level adventure activities. Additionally, guests will benefit from priority disembarkation and private transfers, enjoying adventures in total relaxation.

Cannes, France: Enjoy a Sensory Experience at an Exclusive Perfume Workshop

This excursion offers an unforgettable and fascinating sensory experience in the town of Grasse, known as the perfume capital, where guests can create their own personalized eau de cologne with aromatic, citrus, and orange blossom fragrances in one of the oldest family-run perfume factories in Southern France. After creating their own fragrance, guests will be guided by a professional perfumer on a behind-the-scenes tour of the factory before proudly taking home their unique creations in an elegant 100 ml bottle with a personalized case.

Genoa, Italy: Immerse Yourself in an Authentic Cooking Lesson Making Pesto in Santa Margherita Ligure

In this excursion, guests will discover the secrets of pesto preparation during an exclusive cooking lesson in Santa Margherita Ligure, experiencing a unique culinary journey where they will learn some of the techniques that make Italian cuisine the best in the world before enjoying a gastronomic experience with local dishes and wines. After the culinary experience, guests can explore the charm of Portofino, a village characterized by a small harbor, colorful houses, and luxury shops.

Akureyri, Iceland: Find Peace at the Fontana Geothermal Baths in Iceland

This excursion offers a rejuvenating experience for the mind, body, and soul at the Fontana geothermal baths located on Lake Laugarvatn. This spa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an incredible view of the lake while benefiting from the water’s soothing effects. The experience is completed with a taste of freshly baked rye bread from the geothermal bakery next to the baths. The excursion also includes an opportunity to visit Þingvellir National Park, an area surrounded by mountains and a vast lava plain covered in green moss and wildflowers.

Invergordon, Scotland: Sample Famous Whisky at the Glenmorangie Distillery in Scotland

Whisky enthusiasts can visit a distillery renowned for its single malt whiskies since the 19th century and that has perfected the art of distillation over generations. A guided tour will allow guests to become familiar with every stage of the distillation process and sample two drams before being transported to the 12th-century town of Dornoch to admire its oldest buildings, the cathedral, and its square.

Cozumel, Mexico: Enjoy a Luxury Catamaran and Snorkeling Experience in Cozumel, Mexico

A day on a catamaran sailing along the coast of Cozumel with the opportunity to snorkel at Colombia Reef, a sublime snorkeling spot considered one of the best in Cozumel, where you can spot sea turtles, eagle rays, and schools of shimmering fish.

Falmouth, Jamaica: Enjoy a Luxurious Cabana in the Wooded Grounds Near the Martha Brae River

This excursion offers a day in a private cabana along the Martha Brae River, surrounded by forest and tranquility with a personal butler. You can take a dip in the nearby pool facilities or enjoy the riverside bar and grill.

Exclusive excursions for MSC Yacht Club guests are already bookable online, through the contact center or travel agency, or directly onboard via the MSC For Me app (where available), the MSC Yacht Club concierge service, or the Excursions desk. Marialuisa Iaccarino, Head of Shore Excursions at MSC Cruises, stated that the new offer was born from customer feedback and the desire to provide a more exclusive experience for MSC Yacht Club guests.

Available on many ships in the fleet, the MSC Yacht Club represents an authentic “ship within a ship,” offering greater privacy and exclusivity in elegant suites. It provides guests with a private retreat without sacrificing the numerous facilities and entertainment options available on the rest of the ship. The area is exclusive and features dedicated facilities, with its own solarium and pool, restaurant, and lounge, as well as personalized service, with a butler available 24/7 and concierge service, offering guests a luxurious experience in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
