Emerald Azzurra: Winter 2025-26 in the Caribbean

Emerald Cruises has officially announced the return of its luxury yacht, Emerald Azzurra, to the Caribbean for the winter season 2025-2026. From December 2025 to March 2026, Emerald Azzurra will join its sister ship, Emerald Sakara, to offer exclusive cruises to some of the region’s most sought-after destinations, responding to the growing demand for luxury yacht experiences.

This repositioning decision comes after the remarkable success of the brand’s yacht cruises and an increase in consumer interest in intimate, high-end travel options. With this change, Emerald Azzurra will replace its previously planned itineraries for the Red Sea and Seychelles, allowing both yachts to focus on delivering exceptional experiences in the Caribbean.

Onboard Emerald Azzurra and Emerald Sakara, guests will have the opportunity to explore hidden beaches and tranquil areas in the Caribbean. The limited capacity of 100 guests creates an exclusive atmosphere, allowing the yachts to dock at ports that larger ships cannot access. Guests will also be able to enjoy the yacht’s marina platform, equipped with amenities such as snorkeling kits, kayaks, and SEABOB water scooters, to swim and have fun in the Caribbean Sea.

Glen Moroney, founder and owner of Scenic Group, stated that both Emerald Azzurra and Emerald Sakara offer a distinctive and sophisticated way to explore some of the world’s most breathtaking destinations, particularly in the Caribbean, where intimate access to remote islands and vibrant cultures sets the company apart. The demand for these experiences reflects a growing desire for personalized, high-end travel, and the company takes pride in providing something truly unmatched in the market.

Emerald Azzurra will sail weekly between San Juan, Puerto Rico, and St. John, Antigua, visiting intimate ports and picturesque bays along the way. On the “Caribbean Yachting Hideaways” itinerary, guests will enjoy stops in idyllic locations such as the crystal-clear waters of Culebra, the charming town of Esperanza on Vieques Island, and the serene beaches of Cruz Bay on St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. Highlights of the itinerary also include Virgin Gorda and Gustavia in Saint Barthélemy, offering a mix of natural beauty and vibrant culture. These carefully designed cruises promise a luxurious island-hopping experience perfectly suited to the intimate design of the yachts. Those wishing to explore more of the Caribbean can book consecutive weekly sailings with only one repeating port. During the same season, sister ship Emerald Sakara will also sail weekly throughout the Caribbean between Bridgetown, Barbados, and Marigot, St. Martin.
