So why not escape the heat and head to the balmy temperatures and ocean breezes of one of the most spectacular places on earth? Let Silversea take you there.

Silver Muse is reason alone to set sail

In just 5 years, Silver Muse has redefined luxury cruising. With eight dining venues featuring Continental cuisine of the highest order, endless entertainment and enrichment programs, spacious outdoor areas to enjoy, Silver Muse accommodates just 596 guests. Every one of its accommodations are spacious suites, all are serviced by butlers. The passenger to crew ratio sets an industry high. Virtually every single suite has its own private veranda where you can experience Alaska’s phenomenal scenery without even leaving your stateroom. But you won’t want to miss all that’s on offer ashore –especially since there’s an included shore excursion in every port.

Silversea takes you to the best of Alaska

Silversea has curated Silver Muse’s itineraries to let you experience the varied landscape and storied ports that have made Alaska a bucket-list destination for travelers from all over the world. Visitors are drawn to its spectacular yet tranquil fjords, its frozen glaciers and the highest peaks in North America, all visible from the decks of Silver Dawn. Silversea’s Alaska is endowed with wildlife, salmon fishing, and gold-rush era towns steeped in history. And you may even see the Northern Lights, “Aurora Borealis” in all their glory.

Silversea has created an itinerary that lets you experience the diversity of “The Great Land”

You’ll visit 6 ports that really define all that Alaska is: Ketchikan, the Salmon Capital of the World, is home to Misty Fjords National Monument. Opportunities for seeing wildlife here are unsurpassed. Grizzly and black bears, whales and seals will accompany you on this spectacular stretch of Alaskan wilderness. Juneau, Alaska’s spectacular capital, is in the heart of glacier country. And none is more spectacular than the Mendenhall Glacier just 12 miles from downtown. Skagway was the heart of Gold Rush Alaska. There you can ride all the way to Canada’s Yukon on a steam engine railroad that traces the path of the gold seekers in far more comfort than they ever did. Then it’s on to Sitka to savor both Alaska’s Russian heritage and its Tlingit culture replete with elaborate Totem Poles. Along the way, Silver Muse sails through two of the most magnificent natural areas in all of North America. You’ll cruise the Inside Passage, a 500-mile stretch of natural beauty. Its calm, sheltered waters display the magnificent Alaskan Coastline with its remote villages, and glaciers that release immense shelves of ice. Close to the ship you’ll find harbor seals, killer whales and soaring eagles. Another sea day is spent off the coast viewing the largest glacier in North America, the Hubbard Glacier. At six miles wide, its head 76 miles inland, this very active glacier is an unforgettable experience that’s not to be missed. And Silver Muse will sail by the extraordinary mountains that are North America’s highest.

Silver Muse starts and ends its voyages at two must-see destinations.

Vancouver, British Columbia, consistently tops polls of the world’s favorite cities. And no wonder. This glittering modern city is built around one of the most extraordinary natural landscapes anywhere. It has everything a visitor could ask for—from a world-class culinary scene to residents who live up to Canada’s reputation of being the nicest people on earth.
5 Non-stop flights make travel from Europe a seamless affair.
Seward is the gateway to Alaska and to the Kenai Fjords National Park. It’s also the port for the city of Anchorage, where fully half of Alaska’s population live. From Anchorage, the interior of Alaska with its spectacular Denali National Park beckons. Silversea offers a range of pre and post cruise opportunities in both British Columbia and Alaska. You can even add the Canadian Rockies to your trip.

Silversea offers you two ways to sail…”Door to Door” and “Port to Port”

Silversea is truly all-inclusive. The minute you step aboard you’re truly their invited guest. Drinks, gratuities, entertainment—they’re all yours. Even the mini-bar in your suite will stocked with your favorite libations. Ashore, you can choose between an amazing collection of excursions at every port. Whatever your interests, there’s a Silversea shore trip that will captivate you. If you chose to make your own arrangements getting to and from the ship, planning your own pre and post cruise activities, Port-to-Port is for you. If you prefer Silversea to handle absolutely everything for you, choose Door-to-Door. Either way, your Silversea experience will be everything you hoped for.

A Word about Covid-19

As part of Silversea’s “Healthy Return to Sailing” Silversea has made the following mandatory: “All embarking crew, and all guests aged 12 years and older, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at least two weeks prior to embarkation. Only guests with vaccines approved by the WHO will be permitted to board. A copy of the vaccination certificate must be uploaded to the guest’s ‘My Silversea’ in advance of their travels, in addition to showing their vaccination certificate or printed copy during the check-in and embarkation process.”

Masks

“The wearing of masks during the cruise will be at each guest’s discretion, with the exception of the casino, the theatre, and during muster drills where masks remain mandatory. Masks are mandatory inside shore excursion buses, and you may be required to wear them at indoor venues. Whilst we recognize that the wearing of a mask is a personal choice, we do strongly encourage our guests to wear a mask whilst indoors aboard ship, other than when actively eating or drinking, or when in the privacy of your suite. Note that the Staff and Crew aboard all our ships will continue to wear masks for the foreseeable future.”
