Silver Nova to host Venetian Society Voyage in 2024

Silversea Cruises, the renowned extra-luxury cruise line, recently announced details of a new voyage dedicated to members of the Venetian Society.

On October 15, 2024, the all-new Silver Nova will welcome guests to Tokyo on this exclusive 16-day voyage exploring key Asian ports of call before arriving in Singapore on October 31.

President and CEO Barbara Muckermann will also be aboard Silverseas Cruises’ newest ship, the Silver Nova.

The “Venetian Society Reunion Voyage” is available to all those who wish to book it.

During this cruise, Silverea aims to offer its passengers a convivial and relaxed atmosphere, focusing on the strong sense of belonging of its loyal guests, who look forward to the opportunity to reunite with “old” friends and meet new ones with whom they share the same passion for the company.

Club members will enjoy a 5 percent discount on cruise fares, be featured in exclusive events, receive gadgets created for the occasion, and much more.

Norman Rafelson, Venetian Society delegate, will join Barbara Muckermann in welcoming the lucky guests.

Barbara Muckermann, President and CEO of Silversea Cruises, said: “It is always special for me to spend time with our guests aboard our ships”, adding, “Our special Venetian Society itineraries provide the perfect opportunity to reconnect with the most loyal members of our extended family, while introducing new guests to Silversea. This voyage will be unique in that it will be the first Venetian Society Voyage aboard Silver Nova, giving guests the opportunity to experience our new class of ships, which for the first time in Silversea’s history will feature an asymmetrical design and horizontal line layout, and will be among the most spacious, ultra-luxurious ships ever built.”

And now the main details of the Venetian Society Reunion Voyage 2024:

Silver Nova will set sail from Tokyo on October 15, 2024 for a 16-day voyage that will visit five different countries. Three overnight stops are planned, and the voyage will conclude in Singapore on October 31.

Guests are immersed in Japanese culture with visits to the Chiran Samurai Residence, Shochu Brewery and hot springs in Kagoshima (Kyushu Island); in Incheon (Seoul), South Korea, an overnight excursion takes them to Ganghwa Island, Changdeok Palace, the city fortifications and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art.

On Thursday, October 24, Silver Nova arrives in Hong Kong. Here, guests will experience the contrast between the ancient and modern parts of the city during an overnight excursion. An overnight visit to the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh is also planned, promising an exciting discovery of the Cu Chi Tunnels, the Mekong Delta and the rich history of the place.

“We’ve seen a lot of interest in the 2023 Venetian Society Voyage, which will take guests from Copenhagen aboard Silver Dawn in September”, said Norman Rafelson, Silversea’s delegate to the Venetian Society.

“Guests often ask me about our 2024 voyage so they can book their suites and make travel plans in advance. The wait is finally over. I look forward to welcoming travelers aboard the beautiful Silver Nova with President and CEO Barbara Muckermann in October 2024, sailing from Tokyo to Singapore.”
