Swan Hellenic: sold out inaugural trip

Swan Hellenic announces with satisfaction that the inaugural cruise on board the SH Minerva is completely sold out.

This can be seen as a sign of the strong demand from the public who wants to return to cruising but also of the specific interest towards a particular cruise model: expedition cruises that are especially attentive to the places being visited, their culture and nature, which is precisely what the updated Swan Hellenic brand has brought to the market.

Suffice to say that there are three other units being built which will follow the launch of the new SH Minerva, many aspects of which have already been revealed by the shipyard which will begin its activity soon.

“Small expedition ships combined with far away destinations will help guide the rebirth of cruising. We are delighted to have inspired a diverse spectrum of curious minds with these numbers. At this point we can’t wait to welcome guests on board to see what others don’t see.” These were the words expressed with satisfaction by Andrea Zito, the CEO of Swan Hellenic.

The additional two new 5-star ice-class PC5 ships will be arriving in November 2021 and April 2022, each will be able to accommodate 152 guests in 76 spacious cabins and suites the majority of which have large balconies. One larger ice-class P6 ship will arrive by the end of 2022 and will be able to accommodate 192 guests in 96 cabins and suites with the same comfort and distinctive style of its sister ships.

The inaugural itinerary of the SH Minerva is the “Antarctic Polar Solar Eclipse” and will therefore be the beginning of a new product on the market, completely dedicated to discovering the authentic culture, flora, fauna and history of the areas visited, but also an opportunity to enjoy a trip to Antarctic on board one of the most innovative and surprising ships of the current moment and of the near future.
