| As part of a $10 million renovation investment, SeaDream has decided to offer Starlink, a new high-speed internet service, onboard its luxury yachts SeaDream I and SeaDream II (sister ships).
Starlink is the first and largest constellation of satellites in the world, operated by SpaceX‘s Elon Musk. It uses a low earth orbit, which supports high activity bandwidth such as video streaming, online gaming, video calling, and more. By placing the Starlink constellation in orbit, SpaceX can deliver internet faster than other systems and shorten the distances that information must travel to reach users. 
Seadream Starlink SeaDream‘s Andreas Brynestad said,“I am proud to announce that SeaDream is at the forefront of technology, becoming the first boutique travel line to implement Starlink on board. This innovation optimizes our guests’ experience by putting high-speed Internet at their fingertips — so they can stream their favorite entertainment, work remotely, and connect with friends and family back home.”
