Crystal Cruises’ latest new construction is a ship dedicated to the ultra-luxury cruise market. Having had a long operational life, it has undergone several updates to the interiors to keep it in step with the times. Crystal Serenity, the first ship to have been designed with an ample outside walk on the level of the main public areas, distinguishes itself for its décor that is somber and elegant. Obviously the strong point is the exceptional services, a requirement for the niche public such as the passengers that choose this company.

The ship is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious. Our vacation turned out to be wonderful thanks to the excellent services offered by Crystal and its entire crew. The itinerary also played its part, with fantastic destinations that we could explore in depth thanks to the tours organized by Crystal. The food was consistently excellent and varied. Our cabin was very comfortable, well-furnished, and, most importantly, well-maintained by our cabin attendant. Onboard entertainment, including music and games, was satisfying, with a talented group of dancers and singers.

É a empresa de cruzeiros que ofereceu o melhor serviço que já experimentei. Cozinha requintada, gentileza, grande eficiência. Um cruzeiro verdadeiramente especial, que espero poder fazer novamente, mais cedo ou mais tarde.
