La Serenade 1 was constructed in 2005 and then refurbished in 2015, it has a length of 110 metres and a width of 11 metres and can accommodate up to 136 passengers. The ship has 68 comfortable cabins spread over three decks and has a modern design. There is a large saloon on the Upper Deck, with a bar and dance floor. At the large reading table in the library, people can converse with each other or read a book, while in the elegant restaurant on the middle deck, the crew serves the chef's culinary delights. The sauna as well as an area with fitness equipment are located at the back of the Middle Deck. The Sun Deck is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view, it is equipped with plenty of chairs, some sun loungers and plenty of space to sit in the shade or in the sun.
All of the 68 double cabins on the ship are well furnished with every possible comfort. Each cabin offers 16 m2 of space and the cabins on the Upper and Middle Decks are equipped with so-called 'French balconies'. The cabins on the Lower Deck do not have a French balcony, but a slightly higher window that cannot be opened. The two ''Deluxe Suites'' located at the rear of the Upper Deck, are the most spacious cabins on board with 20 sqm where sliding doors give access to their own balcony located on the aft deck of the ship, a wonderful place to relax.
