Description

Marella Explorer 2 is a ship launched in 1995 for Celebrity Cruises, formerly Celebrity Century. From 2015 to 2018 it lived the short parenthesis of the SkySea Cruise Line, becoming SkySeas Golden Era, then closed by Royal Caribbean after a short activity. The ship then passed to Marella, assuming its current name.
The ship is distinguished by a beautiful restaurant on two levels and large windows overlooking the sea and a spa area of over 800 square meters. The style on board is informal and Marella Explorer 2 has been adapted to the needs of a mainly British audience.

Le uniche pecche sono legate all'età della struttura nave ma ben ristrutturata

Marella Explorer 2 è stata ben "occidentalizzata" dopo l'esperienza asiatica, rendendola una nave vivace, accogliente e con ambienti anche molto eleganti. E' stata riservata ad un pubblico solo adulto. Gli ambienti interni offrono diversi lounge, fra i quali il simpatico Flutes, con "champagne" a chiamata... Ampia anche l'offerta di ristorazione su una nave di queste dimensioni: dal Surf & Turf al giapponese, dall'elegante The Dining Club al simpatico Nonna's. Altrettanto ampie sono le zone esterne, con grande spazio sole ed una doppia piscina centrale (di cui una profonda 2 metri). Molto particolare, ed insolito, il casinò, inserito nel piacevole contesto dell'Indigo Lounge, dove si può ascoltare musica dal vivo mentre si gioca ai tavoli. Da non sottavalutare poi la formula all-inclusive, che offre una discreta gamma di bevande alcoliche ed analcoliche nel costo della crociera. Sicuramente vorrei provarla per una crociera!
