Description

The World Voyager, a ship that entered service in 2020, belongs to a new class of ships with a limited number of passengers and dedicated to expedition cruises, not only in areas such as the Arctic or Antarctica but also among the lesser-known beauties of the Mediterranean, of the East and the American continent.
The style on board is elegant but very modern, with a relaxing and welcoming ambience. It has all the necessary equipment to visit the most remote places on earth and to enjoy navigation even in extreme conditions.

My 7-day journey on the World Voyager from Ushuaia to King George Island was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I stepped on board, I found a modern, welcoming atmosphere, managed by a competent and friendly crew. My cabin was bright, comfortable, and offered spectacular views of the ocean and the first Antarctic ice. The navigation through the Drake Passage was handled with great professionalism: clear briefings, safety always prioritized, and an expedition team that turned every moment into an opportunity for discovery. The Zodiac excursions were the heart of the journey—majestic icebergs, curious penguins, calm seals, and a silence unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Service on board was excellent. Meals were varied and well prepared, and the staff consistently anticipated guests’ needs with discretion and kindness. The lectures and activities led by the naturalist team added depth to the experience, making each day unique.

Geglückter Start mit neuem Schiff

I liked

Schiffsgröße, individueller Service, überzeugendes Sicherheitskonzept (Corona), Megayacht-Feeling, Sauna, Zodiac-Fahrten

I didn't like

Stabilità in mare
