Die Kreuzfahrt Anna Katharina von Phoenix Reisen bietet eine Vielzahl von Gerichten, die sicherlich auch die anspruchsvollsten Gaumen zufriedenstellen werden. Die Buffets sind reichhaltig und gut gepflegt, mit einer Auswahl an internationalen und lokalen Gerichten, die sich täglich ändern. Die À-la-carte-Restaurants sind eine angenehme Ergänzung und bieten ein intimeres und raffinierteres gastronomisches Erlebnis. Einige Gerichte könnten jedoch etwas zu standardisiert sein und es fehlt der besondere Touch, den man von einer Kreuzfahrt dieser Kategorie erwartet. Insgesamt ist das Essen jedoch eine der positiven Überraschungen dieser Kreuzfahrt.
