Description

Grace is a very special ship. Built in 1928 immediately before the Great Depression, it has a rich history. From incredible travels in the 1930s, the ship participated in the Second World War as a submarine hunter. After the war Aristotle Onassis, John Issa and Prince Rainier made sure that it was maintained and refurbished, so much so that in the 1950s it was the star of Grace Kelly's honeymoon.
Guests sailing aboard the Grace will experience the Galapagos Islands as Darwin did long ago, in a very personal and private way, but with the addition of distinction, comfort and elegance offered today. Refined yet adventurous and agile at the same time, it's no wonder Princess Grace Kelly chose this ship for her royal honeymoon. Today it offers accommodations for 16 passengers who can enjoy a large private yacht for cruises in the Galapagos with the service and experience of Quasar Expeditions.
