Nave ben organizzata, il personale sempre sull'attenti, preparato, gentile, e servizievole. Il cibo era all'altezza di un qualsiasi risorante, nonostante ci trovassimo in mare aperto e quindi non è ovviamente possibile avere cibo super fresco. La pulizia molto minuziosa, sia nella nave sia nelle cabine, anche l'addetto alle pulizie l'ho trovato molto educato e sempre a disposizione.
