Il servizio è migliorato molto rispetto alle ultime crociere e la nave, nonostante sia davvero enorme, è elegante e ben gestita . Siamo sempre riusciti a trovare posto sul ponte, mentre la Spa è a dir poco meravigliosa. Gli spettacoli serali sono molto suggestivi, sicuramente più belli di alcune crociere che abbiamo avuto modo di fare in passato.
