Description

Wind Star is the first sailboat to be used by Indstar Cruises. Launched in July 1987, it is one of the most popular vessels in the fleet today. The computerised sail manoeuvring system is complemented by motorised propulsion and a series of comforts that make it a large luxury yacht. It is used for cruises in exclusive ports of call and not accessible to large ships, while still offering the unforgettable experience of sailing.

A Quiet and Well-Curated Experience Aboard Wind Star

Comment

I recently returned from a 7-day cruise with Windstar through the Greek Isles and, overall, it was a positive experience. On board, you can sense a certain attention to detail and a calm atmosphere—ideal for those looking for something more intimate than the large cruise ships. The embarkation went fairly smoothly. The staff was kind from the very beginning—present but never intrusive. Once on board, we were welcomed with a drink and a relaxed vibe. The ship is small in size, which helps create a more personal environment. The common areas are well maintained, with a rather understated, classic style. Everything is clean and in good condition. Our cabin was comfortable, with good space to organize our belongings. A well-organized cruise on a small and welcoming ship. The service was good, and the atmosphere calm and pleasant.
