Description

With a fleet of houseboats, the Zambezi Queen Collection operates in Africa on the Chobe River in Chobe National Park, Botswana's second largest national park with the largest concentration of wildlife on the African continent. Aboard the Zambezi Queen or one of the three Chobe Princesses, you will travel along the Chobe River, just a few kilometres from the point where the four African countries of Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe meet.
During your stay on board the Zambezi Queen Collection vessels, you will be able to observe the animals in their natural environment creating a relaxing safari experience. This is also a birdwatcher's paradise and you can expect to encounter over 450 species. While you will be able to see most sightings from the comfort of the ships, both the Zambezi Queen and Chobe Princesses are equipped with speedboats allowing you to get even closer to the wildlife. Itineraries are flexible, so with a wide range of activities on offer, you can choose to enjoy a water safari or village tour on the Namibian side of the river, fishing and birdwatching activities or decide to simply stay on board and enjoy the spectacular views along the banks of the Chobe River. Zambezi Queen Collection also operates the remote Ichingo Chobe River Lodge tent.
