From the very first moment, the service was impeccable: the crew created a warm and friendly atmosphere while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Every team member was attentive to every detail, always ready to anticipate any need with a genuine smile. The naturalist guides were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, making every excursion even more fascinating. On board, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the delicious cuisine to the comfortable accommodations. I felt pampered and well looked after throughout the entire trip.
