Seabourn: new departure date for Seabourn Quest

Seabourn Cruise Line has updated the restart of Seabourn Quest, one of its ships that has not yet restarted, the new date is set for May 10, 2022.  The luxury cruise line, continues its ongoing efforts to develop plans for a full return of cruise travel.

The ship will resume service in Europe, where it will spend the 2022 summer season calling from Venice, Italy. Seabourn Quest will visit historic countries in the Adriatic and Ionian Seas through mid-July before heading to coastal destinations in Spain, Portugal, France and the United Kingdom.

“We look forward to welcoming our guests back aboard Seabourn Quest in time for the summer 2022 voyage, where we will have so much to offer in the Mediterranean,” said Josh Leibowitz, president of Seabourn.

The announcement of a new restart date, which had initially been scheduled for November, also means the brand is canceling the 2021-2022 season in Antarctica and South America on Seabourn Quest, which also includes the Amazon region. The line currently operates two of the five ships in its fleet, Seabourn Odyssey and Seabourn Ovation.

This news means that another step has been taken towards the general restart, so Seabourn also increases the number of ships in operation, wishing to see the whole fleet operational soon.
